Lavoricreativi is a community for professionals working in the communication and design industry.

The User can register himself for the service.

3. Limitations of Liability

Lavoricreativi is NOT a job agency and does not perform any consulting activities aimed at the personnel recruitment by companies. Lavoricreativi's activity does not go beyond collecting and making offers and requests posted by users more accessible to the Users, keeping them informed about news related to job categories.

Lavoricreativi is not an employment agency and does not carry out the following activities indicated in Legislative Decree 276 of 10 September 2003 (and its subsequent amendments and additions).

Lavoricreativi does not carry out intermediation, research and personnel selection activities, activities aimed at professional support and outplacement that can give rise to both temporary and permanent employment contracts

Lavoricreativi does not work in the administration of permanent jobs.

Lavoricreativi does not mediate between supply and demand. In this sense, it does not collect and screen CVs, it does not carry out the pre-selection phase, it does not accompany the phases of encounter between job offer and demand, it does not hire the selected (when requested by the clients) and it does not carry out training activities.

Lavoricreativi does not carry out the function of publishing and disseminating the client's job offers and subsequent consultancy in the phase of identifying the best candidates received.

Lavoricreativi does not carry out activities whose purpose is to relocate on the labor market the "lenders" who for some reason have left it. Relocations can be individual or collective.

The sole responsible for the content of the job is the Advertiser of the announcement. Lavoricreativi is in no way involved in the negotiations between Advertisers and Users and exercises no control over the quality, safety or legality of the job opportunities, nor the truthfulness of the information sent by the Users to Advertisers.

The User shall indemnify and expressly release Lavoricreativi from any liability, within the limits allowed by law, with respect to any damages or claims, of its own or third parties, resulting from ads published on the Site or sent to them via email.

When you sign up for the Job Alert service by providing your email address, the User is responsible for the security of authentication, determined by Lavoricreativi Cookie.
