The Tipsy Tour are looking for a talented Social media manager to manage our social media accounts and our in-destination creators. We are searching for an outgoing, energetic and forward thinking individual with experience in a similar role.

The Tipsy Tour is a nightlife experience with a unique formula. We are not a bar crawl, we are cultural experience that combines, meeting people, juicy history, local drinks and cool bars into a 3 hour experience. We’ve grown exceptionally quickly since we started 18 months ago. 

Our aim this year is reach 10 new destinations worldwide 2023.

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers, converting sales.

Managing our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

Keeping up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals

Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI

Generating, editing, and publishing engaging content daily

Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics

Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner

Overseeing social media accounts’ design and brand image

Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

Minimum C1 in English.

Experience in social media management required. We would like to see examples of your success. Must have experience using editing software for social media.

Excellent communication skills and ability to express our company’s views creatively.

In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape: T Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube.

Knowledge of the latest social media trends and digital marketing developments

A proven ability in executing successful social strategies including growth tactics, customer retention, increased engagement and best-in-class content.

Hands-on attitude and keen attention to detail.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic, customer engagement and thus sales.

PAYMENT

Depends on previous experience and achievements. Starting at €1500.
