SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
As a social media manager, the right candidate will manage the organisation's online presence on social media by developing a strategy, producing effective content, managing projects and campaigns, analysing data andfacilitating business .
Responsibilities
The main activities as a social media manager will be to:
develop creative and engaging social media strategies
manage, with the team, the daily activities on exhisting (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram andYouTube) and future media, adapting content to suit different channels
create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
discover new opportunities to enlarge the organization’s presence on social media
develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns to promote organisation’s brand
form key relationships with creators and influencers across different social media platforms
manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
undertake audience research
monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new ways of measuring social media activity
recommend improvements to make channels evolving
set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
educate internally on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience
People management skill
Passion in digital communication
Knowledge of social media and social advertising
Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Availability to work outside working hours in case of social media activities’ needs
Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
