Job Description
As a Digital Program Manager at  Publicis Sapient, you will partner with clients to plan and deliver digital business transformation and/or digital operations initiatives, managing cross-functional teams on projects from inception to operational running.  More specifically, we expect you will:

Drive and coordinate planning, estimation and delivery of client projects and operations
Use suitable and effective project management approaches, methods, processes and tools to ensure a high degree of delivery and solution quality
Work with the project team to ensure collaboration, manage dependencies and remove blockers 
Influence and effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and client-side, throughout the entire project lifeycle, providing visibility on key project status dimensions and managing expectations accordingly
Identify, manage, and mitigate project issues and risks 
Own, manage and control project budgets
Create the conditions for your project team to release their full potential, advising them on smart approaches to delivering work
Organise efficient and effective project team collaboration though appropriate rituals, meetings, communications and other relevant tools
Collaborate closely with internal and external agencies (e.g. creative, design,  copywriting, user research, etc.) to orchestrate relevant project deliverables
Manage intake of work, grooming incoming requests, and prioritize the activities with the team
Develop a collaborative team environment to facilitate problem-solving, decision-making and continuous improvement, coaching/consulting with team as needed
Provide continuous insight within the Publicis Sapient’s internal Product team to promote the development of best practices and improved ways of working.
 
Qualifications
3+ years in consulting, digital agency or industry-related experience managing teams of cross discipline resources within complex digital transformation or digital operations projects
Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with responsiveness a strong attention to detail
Experience with implementing project management tools, methodologies and best practices
Ability and desire to solve problems and look for opportunities for improvement
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization
Familiarity with the main project management and digital collaboration tools (just as examples: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Miro, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment, coupled with flexibility to manage multiple tasks according to their priority
Experience managing and contributing to sales proposals by collaborating and negotiating with multi-disciplinary teams to shape delivery approach, team shape, and cost estimates
Experience working with Agile delivery methods (e.g. Scrum, SaFE), as well as waterfall and hybrid systems
Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing statements of work
Business-level fluency in English and Italian. 
Additional Information
It would be a bonus if you had:

Experience leading teams to implement digital technologies such as atomic and responsive design, experience management platforms, cloud platforms, DevOps, AI and Data Platforms
Experience in account management and business development practices
One or more widely recognized project management certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Scrum, SaFe, etc.)
Expertise in digital marketing, channels, platforms or related certifications.
